The information you provided will be used to fill in the «Confidential Customer Information to open Personal/Corporate Account» form.
Once you have completed the first page you receive an email with the code which is required to proceed with the account opening process.
On the second page of the on-line form you will be offered to enter the code to access the «Personal area», where you will be able to:
- - notify Payments Department of funds transfer,
- - send a request to withdraw funds from your live account,
- - change your contact details etc.
Code word and password in MetaTrader are not the same. Code word is used to enter your «Personal Area», and password in MetaTrader is used to access to the trading platform. Do not forget your code word as in order to restore it you will have to send certified copy of your passport (or ID) and a request to change your code word.
Attention! Accounts
alpari.classic may be open only by individuals over 18 years old. Accounts with Alpari IDC Corp can’t be open by residents of the UK and the USA. To open an account residents of the abovementioned countries may address to
Alpari (UK) Ltd.
3. Get a live account opening confirmation
Once you complete the online application form your account will be open. You will receive an email with the following information:
- a) confirmation that you've open an account with Alpari;
- b) scanned copy of the confirmation from Alpari;
- c) account number;
- d) login and password in MetaTrader;
- e) information on all available services.
No reply is necessary.
Once you have received the confirmation, please, change the password in MetaTrader. It should consist of more than 6 characters. For your own protection do not use words, phone numbers, dates of birth etc. It is recommended that you use password which consists of characters of different cases and digits.
4. Deposit funds
In order to activate your trading account you need to deposit money within a month of opening the account.

The trading accounts not activated within a month are automatically deleted.
For bank details, please, refer to your «Personal area».
5. Receive hard copies of the agreements (optional)
If you wish you may request the hard copies of the agreements. In this case you should send by post:
- «Confidential Customer Information to open Personal/Corporate Account» (two copies signed by you). Completed Application Form with your personal details you can download anytime in your «Personal area» at any time;
- «Terms of Business» (two copies signed by you).
- «Regulations for Non-trading Operations» (two copies signed by you).
- «Exhibits to the Regulations for Non-trading Operations» (two copies signed by you).
- «Customer Agreement» (two copies signed by you).
- «Risk Disclosure» (two copies signed by you).
- «Phone Etiquette» (two copies signed by you).
- photocopy of your passport (or ID).
Once we get the documents specified above we send one signed original copy back to the address indicated on your envelope within 5 business days.
Note, that the documents will be send by post to the address specified by you on the envelope, so make sure that it's correct.
