On changes in crediting of accounts in USD due to the American national holiday.

Dear customers,

On 27 November 2008, the USA celebrates a Federal Holiday – Thanksgiving Day. On this day all state and commercial institutions, including banks, in the US will be closed. Therefore, on 28 November Rietumu Bank will not perform the account crediting operations in USD, which are carried out through the American correspondent banks.

Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on 26 November after Cut off time (3:30 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent on the same date with value date marked as 28 November, 2008.

Starting from 1 December, all transactions in USD will be carried out as usual.
