On changes in crediting of accounts in USD due to the American national holiday

On the 11th of November the USA celebrates a Federal Holiday – Veterans Day. On this day all state and commercial institutions, including banks, in the US will be closed. Therefore, on the 12th of November Rietumu Bank will not perform the account crediting operations in USD, which are carried out through the American correspondent banks.

Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on the 10th of November after Cut off time (1:30 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent on the same date with value date marked as November 12, 2008.

Starting from the 13th of November, all transactions in USD will be carried out as usual.
