Given the latest issues in the financial markets, such as the threat of massive bank bankruptcies, and based on clause 18 of the Terms of Business, Alpari is declaring a Force Majeure.
Pursuant to clause 18 of the Customer’s Agreement, Alpari is announcing changes to paragraphs 2.13, 5.27 and 10 of the Terms of Business.
The new version of the Terms of Business will be available on October 24, 2008.
