On changes in crediting of accounts in USD due to the American national holiday

Dear customers,

On the 4th of July, the USA celebrates a Federal Holiday – Independence Day. On this day all state and commercial institutions, including banks, in the US will be closed. Therefore, on the 7th of July, Rietumu Bank will not perform the account crediting operations in USD, which are carried out through the American correspondent banks.

Outgoing payment instructions in US dollars received from customers on the 3rd of July after Cut off time (1:30 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent on the same date with value date marked as July 7, 2008.

Starting from the 8th of July, all transactions in USD will be carried out as usual.
