On changes in executing payments

Dear customers,

In view of the official public holiday in Latvia on the 23rd and 24th of June, 2008 (Ligo holiday or Summer Solstice), some changes in executing outgoing payments will take place.

All payments, received by the Bank on the 20th of June and deducted from customer accounts before Cut off time (1:30 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent on the same day with value date marked as June 20, 2008; whereas payments deducted from customer accounts after Cut off time (1:30 p.m. Latvian time) and until the end of the banking day (6:30 p.m. Latvian time) will be sent on the same day, the 20th of June, with value date marked as June 25, 2008.

NB! All payments received by the Bank from customers on the 20th of June but remained unexecuted due to a number of reasons will be carried out on the 25th of June.
