Regulations for Non-Trading Operations. A new version of the Customer Agreement.

From January 23, 2008 the following documents will come into effect:

• - Regulations for Non-Trading Operations;
• - a new version of the Customer Agreement.

These documents are necessary to counter money laundering.

The Financial Monitoring Department of Alpari exercises control over implementation of these Regulations, reveals and precludes doubtful non-trading operations.

Introduction of these measures will vindicate the reputation of the Company and its clients from negative consequences caused by criminal elements affiliation.

The documents are available for reading from January 10, 2008.
