New Version of the Terms of Business and Customer Agreement

Dear Clients!

We are glad to inform you that for alpari.classic accounts since the 3-rd of September new Terms of Business will come into force. The ideology and structure of the document haven’t been changed fundamentally. As you know, our company keeps working at perfecting quality of the provided services. However, it is hardly possible to avoid controversies completely. The main goal of the new Terms of Business is to expand the section «Typical disputes», thus regulating and simplifying procedures of settling disputes and decision making on complaints. Besides some changes proceed from our plans to realize new projects and introduce new services.
Also we inform you that simultaneously with introducing the new Terms of Business the current version of the Customer Agreement is slightly amended.

All the changes come into force:

• for alpari.micro - since the 20-th of August 2007;
• for alpari.classic - since the 3-rd of September 2007.
