Why Broker closed my trading position without my consent?
Broker is entitled to close all or part of your open positions at the CURRENT PRICE if the equity is less than 20% of the necessary margin. It’s called Over-loss.
For example, B — balance of customer’s account, M — margin, L — floating loss (in absolute value).
So Over-loss occurs if L — ( B — M ) > 80% x M, or B — L < 20% x M.
