Data Loader for Omega

Installation of Data Loader for Omega:

• Download the distribution package of Loader.
• Close Omega and Global Server.
• Create a folder where the Loader will work (everything it needs to work will be stored in this folder).
• Un-zip the distribution package in the created folder.
• Enter the setup (OmgSetup2.exe).
• Connect to Data Bank.
• Perform Install.
• Create the data files of symbols and periods you need (Loader will work only with those symbols on which the data files are created).
• Renew data for these files (it is essential as data files are created as intermediates and they contain only empty bars).
• Start Omega andwork (Loader will start by itself at the start of Global Server).

You may use Data Bank from the website and download the zipped data archives for the whole period of Data Bank work, that will save Your time and traffic (DC format).
