Frequent mistakes
Loader and setup are disable once they are connected to the Data Bank.
It was obligatory updated. The updated versions of the programs can be downloaded here: http://www.alpari.ru/en/download/
If the loader is not connected to the Data Bank any attempt to open something will fail.
You should find the reason why there is no connection. If the loader has been already connected there may be no Internet connection or Data Bank is disable. If the loader has not been already connected there may be some problem with the access to the Data Bank server (firewall etc.).
If you have not created a data file of the type you need the loader will not work with this symbol.
At first a data file should be created and the data should be transferred there, then you can work with this symbol. The loader works only with the available symbols. In the setup file make the settings.
If you indicate such a number of days before when creating a chart that the initial date of Omega request appears before the first date in the data file for this symbol and type the loader will refuse this request.
Data file does not load data from the history. In the loader monitor the correspondent massage is shown. Just close this window and create a new one with fewer days before.
"_M5 ... not supported."
It means that your session is not the one set by default but the session from the range closed in the new version of the loader (that is a set of sessions with which Omega requires 5 min charts if intraday period of the chart is divisible by 5). Set the session by default, 23:59 - 23:57 SMTWTF
