    A bar disappeared on the chart. Why? What shall I do?

    Some bars may lack due to the loss of TCP packets (relative to a temporarily loss of connection with Internet). In such case You need to refresh the chart (click the left mouse button on the chart / “Refresh”). By doing so all the missing data within limits of existent history will load.

    If the lacking bars have not appeared You should:

    1. Close MetaTrader;
    2. Go to the folder «history» (C:// program files / MetaTrader 4 / history);
    3. If a bar is lacking on a live account of the following type alpari.classic, You need to go to the folder Alpari-Classic, on a live account of the type alpari.micro, You need to go to the folder Alpari-Micro. On a demo account go to the folder Alpari-Demo. On a contest account go to the folder Alpari-Contest;

    4. Delete in the relevant folder the files the names of which contain the instrument for which the bar lacks;

    5. Start MetaTrader 4.
