I opened a new live account. When I try to perform a transaction Metatrader shows «No connection». What shall I do?
Most probably Your live account hasn't been activated.
To activate live accounts of alpari.classic type you should make the initial deposit:
— no less than 200 USD (for accounts with the deposit currency in USD);
— no less than 200 EUR (for accounts with the deposit currency in EUR).
In order to activate live accounts of the type alpari.micro you need to deposit money to the trading account, (there is no limitations on the minimum deposit) .
