Withdrawals (for alpari.classic only) – Bank transfer to the Customer's bank account
Steps:
1. In your «Personal Area» go to the Make a deposit/withdraw funds to fill in the «Bank transfer withdrawal form».
2. Fill in the «Bank transfer withdrawal form» to withdraw funds from your trading account to your bank account.
3. Authentication code will be sent to the e-mail address, specified when registering. To continue, enter this code in the special field of the notification. «Processing» status in the «Deposit / Withdrawals history» means that your notification was received.
4. In 2 days after the «Processing» status has been changed to the «Done» status check if the amount is credited to your bank account.
Your expences:
– withdrawal in USD: bank charge in the amount of 45 USD;
– withdrawal in EUR: bank charge BEN. When transferring to the EU countries the charge is 10 EUR, when transferring to the non-EU countries the charge is 15 EUR. The other commission is paid by the reciever of the payment;
– in case of intrabank transfer if you have an open account in Rietumu Bank, the charge will amount to 1 EUR.
It takes: 2 business days after the withdrawal request is confirmed.
Note:
– funds withdrawal is available in USD, EUR;
– funds withdrawal in USD is available for trading accounts with the following deposit currencies: USD, EUR;
– funds withdrawal in EUR is available for trading accounts with the following deposit currencies: EUR;
– for your convenience current exchange rates, specified by Alpari, are released daily in the Personal Area;
– if there is not enough money on your account including commissions the amount will be deducted subject to fees and commissions.
Important! Money is transferred ONLY to the bank account of the holder of the trading account.
Important! Please, be careful filling in the «Bank transfer withdrawal form», paying attention to the details of the beneficiary. If you make a mistake the bank will have to check everything which is not only time consuming but you also be charged 60$. You will have to pay this fee.
