Withdrawal to WebMoney is now inactive in my Personal Area. Why?
Probably, the reason is one of the following:
- You've made a deposit to your trading account via a banking card. In this case the only way to withdraw money from the trading account will be a bank transfer to your bank account.
- You've transferred money from a trading account, replenished via a banking card, to another trading account of alpari.classic type. In this case your account is automatically marked as an account replanished via a banking card.
- In order to solve this problem you should contact our Customer Service Department. If neither of these trading accounts were funded via a banking card all the ways of withdrawing money would be unblocked.
