Make a deposit (for alpari.classic only) – Banking Cards (VISA/MasterCard only)
Steps:
1. Enter the «Personal Area», section Make a deposit / Withdrawals.
2. Choose section Make a payment via credit card in the Personal Area.
3. Choose the currency of your payment (USD or EUR) and the type of the banking card (VISA or MasterCard), enter the sum of your payment. Press the «Proceed» button. Once the required information is filled out on the page of the processing center press the «Pay now» button.
4. In your «Personal Area» go to the Deposits/Withdrawals history section to check the status of the payment. If everything is correct you will see the «Notification received» status.
5. Once you see the «Done» status go to the clients terminal and check if the money is on your deposit.
Your expenses: 3% commission. When depositing USD expenses occur because of the difference in currency rates (payments are made through the European processing). Usually the difference makes 0.6-0.8%.
It takes: several hours. In exceptional cases the processing company may initiate verification of your credit card payament. In such cases it may take more time to credit funds to your account. However if you carry out the directions how to make payments via credit cards properly the risk of the interference of the processing company is minimal.
Note:
– credit card payment should be made in USD or EUR;
– with the help of a credit card funds can be deposited to the trading accounts with the following deposit currencies: USD, EUR. For your convenience current exchange rates, specified by Alpari, are released daily in the Personal Area.
Notice:
– According to the clause 5.4.4. of the Regulations for Non-Trading Operations, for crediting funds to the account it is necessary to provide to the Payments Departmenta copy of the passport of the owner of the card, a scan of the card (name and surname of the owner of the card, the issue bank and 4 last digits of the card must be seen on the scan copy).
If several cards are used in transfers a scan copy of each card is provided one time;
–With the help of a credit card you may make a deposit only to the trading account of the owner of the card.
– If the deposit is made by a credit card transfer the only way to withdraw money from the trading account will be a bank transfer to the client’s bank account or to another trading account of type alpari.classic opened in his name.
– There is no possibility to transfer money to the trading account of the third party.
Note!!! Our processing company doesn’t work with VISA Electron.
