Make a deposit (for alpari.classic only) – Bank transfer
Steps:
1. In your «Personal Area» go to the Bank/Webmoney details to get the broker’s bank details.
2. Make transfer from your bank account to the account of the broker.
3. Once you made a transfer, go to the «Personal Area» , click «Make a deposit/withdraw funds» and fill in the «Bank transfer notification».
4. After that in the «Personal Area» go to the Deposits/Withdrawals history to check the status of your payment. «Processing» status means that your notification has been received.
5. Once the «Done» status appears, go to the client terminal and check if the money is on your deposit.
6. In case the money is not credited to your trading account in 3 banking days, ask your bank to provide you with the evidence of your transfer and send it to the Payments Department so they can make bank inquiry.
Your costs: commission of your bank.
It takes: 2-3 business days after you make a payment. Once the money is credited to broker’s bank account it is deposited to your trading account.
Note:
– bank transfer should be made in USD or EUR;
– by bank transfer funds can be deposited to the trading accounts with the following deposit currencies: USD, EUR. For your convenience current exchange rates, specified by Alpari, are released daily in the Personal Area.
Important! Find out the information about charges of your bank: for example, it may make payments via corresponding banks and therefore pay commission for it. Your bank may not advise you about that but you will have to pay the additional commission (20-25$).
Important! Please, be careful filling in the bank transfer papers, paying attention to the details of the beneficiary. If you make a mistake the bank will have to check everything which is not only time consuming but you also be charged 25$. In fact the bank charges beneficiary, but we will charge the commission from you.
Note: this way of funds transfer is available only after you e-mail a scan or a fax copy of the signed Customer Agreement and your passport (or ID) to the Payments department.
Alpari has the right to deny depositing of funds transferred to the bank account if a Customer has not provided Alpari with the signed Customer Agreement and copy of his passport (or ID), if parameters of the invoice have been violated or in case the funds are transferred on behalf of third parties.
In this case the Company returns the funds back to the bank account from which they have been transferred. All costs triggered by the return of the funds are paid at the expense of the Customer.
If you can not provide us with the documents mentioned above, make a transfer with the details of payment specified in the invoice or if you are going to make a transfer on behalf of third parties you should contact Payments Department.
